These draft terms describe the intended MVP service and must receive legal review before XYNPRO is offered commercially.

Trial access

New organisations may receive a 14-day trial. Automated billing is not included in the MVP; plan assignment and extensions are administered manually.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for authorised use, accurate business records, secure user access and ensuring uploaded content may lawfully be processed.

Service boundaries

XYNPRO's MVP provides operational construction-management information. Indicative project margin is not a statutory accounting statement or professional financial advice.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, access another organisation, upload malicious content or interfere with the service.
