XYNPRO is being developed by Xynvia as a multi-tenant construction management platform. This draft explains the intended privacy approach for the MVP and must receive legal review before production release.

Information we process

Account identity, organisation membership, project and operational records, uploaded-file metadata, authentication sessions and security/audit events needed to provide and protect the service.

How information is used

To operate XYNPRO, secure tenant access, support customer workflows, investigate failures and improve the product. XYNPRO does not use one customer's private business records to expose information to another customer.

Security and retention

Tenant records are scoped to the authenticated organisation. Private documents use signed access. Retention and deletion schedules will be finalised before production.
